Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily maintenance of the property
Work with students to teach them how to properly maintain and repair various equipment including HVAC units, lawn care equipment, etc.
Assist with professional certification courses
Oversee projects for the week
Hours:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday -Friday

Must be responsible and honest

Must be able to pass drug screening prior to employment and randomly throughout employment

Pay starts at $17.00/hour and increases based on experience
Property Staff
Responsibilities:
Assure students are in their assigned areas
Monitor the 17 acre property
Monitor the security cameras
Assure all buildings are secure
Hours:
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Morning, evening, and/or overnight positions available.

Property Staff Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Along with the responsibilities of the Property Staff positions, you will also oversee all property staff.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Qualifications:
Must be responsible and honest
Must be willing to listen, learn, and follow directions
Must be able to pass drug screening prior to employment and randomly throughout employment

Must have at least 5 years experience in supervision
Pay starts at $18-$21/hour based on experience
Admissions Staff
Responsibilities:
Evaluate all incoming applications
Communicate with applicants and legal officials
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Assist in making acceptance decisions for applicants
Write student update reports
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Must have a Bachelors degree or at least 5 years experience in a similar role
