Operations Director
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily schedules of the students and staff
Oversee projects for the week
Assist with professional certification courses
Assist with hiring new Property Staff Employees
Maintain detailed records of students and staff challenges and achievements
Oversee drug screening of students
Gain and maintain certifications for ServSafe and Drug Specimen Collector
Hours:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday -Friday
Qualifications:
Must have 7+ years of management or similar experience leading a team
Must be responsible and honest
Must be willing to listen, learn, and follow directions
Must be able to pass drug screening prior to employment and randomly throughout employment
No smoking
Pay starts at $25.00/hour and increases based on experience
Property Staff
Responsibilities:
Assure students are in their assigned areas
Monitor the 17 acre property
Monitor the security cameras
Assure all buildings are secure
Perform room, building, and property checks
Assist with drug specimen testing
Hours:
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Morning, evening, and/or overnight positions available.

Admissions Staff
Responsibilities:
Evaluate all incoming applications
Communicate with applicants and legal officials
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Assist in making acceptance decisions for applicants
Write student update reports
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
